About me

I have a passion for working with words – and for making words work.

Writing, editing, rewriting, proofreading, copy-editing, devising house style guides, setting editorial standards, and training and coaching in effective writing. For print or for the web. That’s what I do.

My favourite work? Helping your website or communication to sing. That means drawing out the essence of your content or message while championing the audience’s need for clarity, brevity and ease of reading. Next best? Anything interesting that involves words.
